Johann and Andrea are the lead pastors at Every Nation Church Belfast. They answered the call to establish Every Nation Belfast in 2013. Together with their three children, they have a dream and vision to bring and see transformation in Ireland and in the nations through church planting, student ministry, community outreach and world missions.
Johann is originally from Cape Town, South Africa and is a passionate teacher who loves to communicate the heart of the Father and to also equip future leaders to fulfil their purpose in life and ministry. Andrea, originally from Evansville, Indiana, USA, has a passion to teach and equip woman for life and ministry. She is also a talented graphic designer with a love and passion for the arts.
Lenny and Caly are the associate Pastors at Every Nation Belfast. They moved to Belfast in 2014 to help establish the Every Nation church. Lenny is originally from Nuremberg, Germany and leads our worship ministry and has a passion to equip University students through our leadership programme called iLIVE Leadership at Queens University.
Caly is originally from Jacksonville, Florida, USA and is passionate about equipping students and has a teaching background. They both have a heart for missions and to serve the people of Northern Ireland through their giftings and to help them reconnect with the purpose God has for them.
Chrissy joined our staff and leadership team in January 2018, and is originally from Florida, USA. As a youth minister she has a heart to reach the youth of Northern Ireland and to see them know who they are in Christ and become leaders in their generation. Chrissy has a passion to reach out to refugees in Belfast and is also a part of our Every Nation Global Cafe team that welcomes many newcomers to Belfast in the community.
She has a love for people and a strong desire to see all people equipped with the knowledge that they are uniquely created and loved. She is also part of our worship team.
Dr. Stephen Critchlow is one of our core leaders and trustees at Every Nation Church Belfast. Stephen and his wife Ros have five daughters and five grandchildren. Stephen is a gifted and experienced minister with a passion and love to reach people through evangelism and teaching. As a retired psychiatrist and consultant he spends a lot of his time speaking and ministering around Ireland, United Kingdom and other nations.
